Water Vapor

I'll show you how to do that in just a few steps.
Start Vue and press the New Scene button.
You are prompted to choose an atmosphere for your scene. Select Labrador from the Simple Sunset collection.
Add Water 
to the scene and
in the World Browser window delete the Ground.
Now create a Sphere 
.
Flatten
it a bit, resize it and place it in front of the main camera, like
in my picture below. We just need the top part of the sphere.
Press Ctrl+M and in the Material window select Shaded White Smoke
from the Volumetric collection. 
Double click on the Shaded White Smoke thumbnail in the Object Properties panel.
In the Material Editor window, go to the Lighting & Effects tab and set
Span to 15 %, click OK 
Open the Atmosphere Editor
and go to the Fog and Haze tab.
Drag the Fog density slider to 900. 
Time to render
